The Privy integration with Canva turns your Canva design library into an image source inside Privy. Browse your designs and drop them into emails, displays, and your brand assets without downloading and re-uploading anything. Your Canva designs appear in a new tab wherever you add images in Privy. Selecting a design imports a copy into your Privy account, so your campaigns keep working even if the design changes or your Canva account disconnects. Multi-page designs are supported. Pick exactly the page you want before importing. ## Setting up the integration To connect Privy with your Canva account: * Navigate to your **Settings** in the lower left corner of your dashboard. * Head to your [Integrations page](https://dashboard.privy.com/settings/integrations) and find **Canva** under the **Design** category. * Click **Connect**. You'll be redirected to Canva to sign in and authorize the connection. * On Canva's consent screen, click **Allow** to grant Privy access to your designs. No additional configuration is needed. ## Using your Canva designs Anywhere you add an image in Privy — the email editor, the display editor, or your Brand page — open the image picker and select the **Canva** tab. Add Image dialog with the Canva tab active, showing a grid of Canva designs From the Canva tab you can: * **Search** your designs by name and **sort** by relevance, last modified, or title. * **Scroll** through your whole library. Designs load as you go. * **Pick a page** of a multi-page design using the arrows that appear on the design's thumbnail. The caption below the design shows which page is selected. Click a design to select it, then click **Select Image**. The picker closes and Privy imports the design in the background — you'll see a notification while the import runs, usually just a few seconds. When it finishes, the image appears right where you were working. ### Good to know * Designs are imported as PNG images, one page at a time. * Each import is a **copy**. If you update a design in Canva afterward, re-import it to get the new version — your Privy campaigns keep using the copy until you do. * Imported designs won't appear in your image gallery. They're stored with your account but only show up where you placed them. * Very large designs are compressed automatically during import. Images must be under 5 MB. ## Disconnecting the integration To disconnect your Privy and Canva integration: * Navigate to your **Settings** in the lower left corner of your dashboard. * Head to your [Integrations page](https://dashboard.privy.com/settings/integrations). * Open the **Canva** integration and click **Disconnect** to confirm your decision. Disconnecting revokes Privy's access to your Canva account on both sides. Images you already imported are copies stored with your Privy account, so existing campaigns and emails are not affected. If the integration ever shows a **Reconnect** prompt (for example, after access was revoked from the Canva side), click it to re-authorize — your previously imported images are unaffected.
