# CSV Exports

> Generate and manage CSV reports for email, SMS, Flow, and combined performance.

[CSV Exports](https://dashboard.privy.com/reports/csv-exports) lets you download performance data to analyze or share outside Privy. Choose the report that matches the part of your marketing you want to review, then generate a file for the period you need.

## Choose a report

Each export covers a different part of your performance:

* **Email Campaigns Performance** compares results across your email Campaigns.
* **SMS Campaigns Performance** compares results across your text Campaigns.
* **Flows Performance** compares results across your Flows.
* **Combined Performance** brings email, SMS, and Flow performance into one file.

Use the exported data to compare Campaigns or Flows, review changes over time, or combine Privy data with information from another system.

## Generate a CSV export

1. Open [CSV Exports](https://dashboard.privy.com/reports/csv-exports).
2. Click **Generate Report**.
3. Select a report type and date range.
4. Click **Generate**.

<Note>
  Privy prepares the report in the background and emails you when the file is ready.
</Note>

## Download and manage exports

Return to CSV Exports to check the status of each report:

* Click **Download** when a report is ready.
* Click **Retry** if a report fails.
* Click **Delete** to remove a report from your history.

Deleting a report cannot be undone.

## Understand the data

CSV exports use the same performance metrics you see in Privy. Review the definitions in [email Campaign reporting](/docs/learn/email-campaigns/email-campaign-reporting), [text Campaign reporting](/docs/learn/sms-campaigns/text-campaign-reporting), and [Flow reporting](/docs/learn/flows/reporting) when you need help interpreting a column.
