To set up your first, Privy Automate sequence, simply head to the “emails” section within your campaign, and add your first email to the sequence. In this brief guide we’ll walk through the key details of the automate product, including available options on email setup, as well as our light reporting functionality for the automate product.
Creating an email in your sequence
In the “Emails” section of your campaign, every plan, including free, has the ability to design an immediate autoresponder, that gets sent to every contact immediately after they register for this Privy campaign.
To set up additional emails in the sequence, open the email sequences card.
First you should decide when this email will be sent to the contact. You have the choice between two scheduling conditions:
Relative – have this email triggered X days after that contact first signed up.
Fixed – set the specific date and time that all contacts will receive this email.
Email Sequence Reporting
Within the results tab of your campaign, you can see the analytics on queued emails. You even have the ability to open the queue and manually trigger or delete emails for specific contacts.
Include your logo
If you have a logo file uploaded in Settings > Business information, that logo will automatically be included in your automate email sequences:

As a reminder, the Automate features are a small premium addon to any Privy plan, even the free plan. Automate billing is calculated based on the number of mailable contacts in Privy. This includes those contacts who signed up, and those who were imported. For Shopify users, this also includes customers who have opted in to your marketing list during the Shopify checkout process.
To add the Automate package, head to settings > subscriptions.
