The Reports tab in your Privy account makes it easy to see how any individual campaign is performing or how you are performing across all of your campaigns. This way you know what is converting well and where you can make improvements.
- Choose your metric. You can view your results based on your signup rate, number of views, clicks, signups, emails sent, coupon redemptions, or redemption rate. Note redemption tracking is only available for stores using Shopify, ShopifyPlus, Weebly, or Magento2.
- Decide how you want to break out the data. For example, you can see which display triggers are driving the most signups. Choose from Campaign, Display trigger (e.g., exit intent, timer, scroll), Display type (e.g., flyout, popup, banner), UTM source (e.g., Google, Facebook, Twitter, Paid search), UTM campaign (if you’re using utm campaigns in Google Analytics), and Claim location (if you’re using offline redemptions.)
- Select a single campaign or all campaigns that you want to see the results for.
- Set your date range. See how your campaigns are performing for the last week or over an extended period of time using the date picker.
