When someone enters into an Autoresponder email flow in Privy by signing up for an onsite campaign, they will be taken out of the flow and will not receive subsequent emails in that flow if they make a purchase from your Bigcommerce store. This purchase will be attributed as a "Redemption" for the onsite campaign in which the Autoresponder flow is a part of.
Privy's onsite campaigns can also be targeted at Bigcommerce site visitors based on the following eCommerce store interactions. This way, the autoresponder emails being sent to them are also only sent to the people who fall into these parameters.
Privy Newsletter Emails

Privy Abandoned Cart Emails

With Privy, any mailable contact who abandons their cart on your site who is known by Privy will receive an Abandoned Cart email regardless of whether or not they have gotten far enough in checkout to have submitted their email address for up to 7 days after they abandon. The only way for someone to receive an Abandoned Cart email in Bigcommerce is for them to type their email address in the email field of checkout and proceed to the next step of checkout, and then abandon their cart. Many people don't get that far before leaving your site and abandoning.
Privy Order Follow Up Emails
Any mailable contact who makes a purchase from your Bigcommerce store can receive an Order Follow Up email from Privy up to 30 days after their purchase. With Privy, you can create an order follow up email series with an order summary and target by minimum and maximum purchase values to display more personalized messages to show appreciation to your customers and drive customers back to your site.
