If your published campaign will not allow you to fill out or click into your form field, your form element may be blocked by your design.
When creating a Privy campaign in the display designer, each drag and drop element is layered on the display in the order that they appear on the left side of the designer.
Because these elements can layer on top of each other, when another element is layered over your form element, this can sometimes prevent the form from being filled out. This can happen to any type of form field whether a email, phone, opt-in, text field, checkbox, or select field.
If your published campaign will not allow your form field to be filled out or selected, follow the steps below to ensure that your form elements are at the front of your design.
1. Go to the campaigns page of your dashboard and select the campaign that you cannot type into.
2. Go to the Design Tab of the campaign.
4. Click to open the designer of this campaign.
5. Click and then drag the form element and the submit button element to the top of the list so that they are brought to the front (or top layer) of the design.
