After connecting the two accounts, Privy can automatically sync your email contacts over to a specific list in your Listrak account. After you complete the following steps, anytime a customer signs up for your specified Privy campaign, they will automatically be synced to the specified list in Listrak.
To begin, click on the menu in the upper right corner of your Privy account screen and select the option labeled Integrations.
From this page, click on the icon for Listrak.
You will then be prompted to enter your Listrak Client ID and Client Secret into the Privy prompt.
Instructions on where to locate both the Client ID and Client Secret from within your Listrak account are shown on this prompt.
After entering the Client ID and Client Secret to the Privy prompt, continue to follow the instructions in the prompt to add the Privy IP address to your Listrak account where indicated (also shown in the image above).
Privy IP Address: 220.127.116.11
Then, select the green Link Account button.
You will then see your Listrak account appear at the top of the "Linked Accounts" section of your Privy account:
Note: You've just completed syncing Listrak to your Privy account overall. However, you will need to go to the Automation section on a per campaign basis and add a New Rule designating a list within Listrak for the contacts to sync over.
To do this, select the campaign in Privy that you want to connect to a Listrak list.
Now navigate to the campaign’s Automation settings (in the campaign's settings tabs), select the + New Rule button, and choose which account and list you want to sync new signups to.
Congratulations, you've now created your Listrak Automation Rule!
