Redirect Visitors After a Signup

Privy users can redirect visitors to a specific page after submitting the Convert display's form component. For example, if they sign up for a discount on your home page, you can send them to a featured product page or directly to their cart with the coupon applied. Or, if you are offering a piece of gated content, you can automatically send them to that piece of content once they have submitted their information.

Edit your redirect settings in a Template Display

A display's After Signup Action setting, which includes a redirect option, becomes available once a display (e.g., Popup) design and form field options have been selected. To configure this setting:

Navigate to Convert > All Displays and choose the desired Template display.
Navigate to the Create step of the display builder.
Select the Submit button; this will show editing options on the right.
Select the desired After Signup Action option.

Navigate to Convert > All Displays and choose the desired Classic display.
Navigate to the Create step of the display builder.
Select the desired After Signup Action option. If unavailable, ensure that the display design and form field options are selected.
