Passing New Contacts Into Privy with a Zap
If you are passing information from one system into Privy using a Zap, there a few steps you must take to make this successful. Without taking the following steps, even if you have correctly configured the Zap, contacts that exist already in Privy will be updated with new data but not created with new information if they don't already exist in Privy.
If you are setting up a Zap to send contacts into Privy that aren't there yet, first, reach out to our Customer Support team to enable this setting. Either reach out to your Customer Success Manager, or if you don't have a dedicated CSM, reach out to our support team through the support chat or emailing support@privy.com. They can then reset your captcha settings to trusted to enable this functionality.
