You can set the automatic trigger rules used to display the campaign to a visitor on your site.
To edit your display triggers, open the design section of your campaign.
Open the Popup or Banner “Triggers” card and determine which triggers you want to include.
Note that in a single visit, the visitor will only see the display once, based on whichever of your selected triggers occurs first.
- Timer – choose a period of time to wait and then display your campaign
- Scroll percentage – used to trigger the display after the visitor scrolls down your page a certain percentage.
- Exit- intent – used to trigger the display if a user’s mouse movement shows intent to leave your site.
- Frequency setting – used to determine when the visitor is next eligible to see the display if they saw it once, and DID NOT sign up.
Note that regardless of what you have selected for the frequency setting, if a visitor does sign up, we automatically suppress the display from showing to that same person again.
