A landing page functions differently from Popups and other campaign types. The main difference is that it does not display on your site. Instead, a landing page is a self-contained campaign that you can direct your contacts to via a link. This is especially helpful in situations when you want to share a campaign across social media channels. Designing your landing page can be done in a few easy steps.
From the home page in your Privy account click on the icon for the campaign that you wish to make changes to.
After selecting your campaign click on the “Design” tab on the upper left side of the screen beneath the title for your campaign. And select “Add a display”
After making this selection you will be presented with a menu. The landing page option will be the last one on the left side of the prompt. Select it, and then select the red “Choose selected” button on the upper right corner of the screen.
You will then be brought to the editor for your landing page. Clicking on any one of the options on the left will allow you to update the display for your landing page on the right. Once you’ve configured it to your liking. Click on the red “Save changes” button in the upper right corner of the screen.
After saving your changes the final step will be to generate a link to share your landing page. Saving your changes will return you to the overall design view for your campaign. From that screen you will have the option for creating the link.
When you select this option you will be asked to “Select a source to track your signups from”.
Select the option that is best suited for your purposes. Or, you can “Add new source”. Selecting that option will prompt you to provide a name for your link.
Click on the “Create Link” button. You can then copy the resulting link and share it.
