Target displays & emails and use email personalization with Smile attributes
Sync new contacts to Smile:
Once you’ve connected Privy to your Smile account, simply choose Smile in the Automation step of any sign up campaign. Choose the action you want to pass over. And hit save. That’s it!
Target on-site displays based on Smile.io attributes:
From the audience targeting builder choose “custom fields”, then select…. field you want to use and whether it is a text field or a number field. Next you’ll want to choose the “operator” and the value, like points balance or vip tier. This display will then only be shown to known contacts who meet this criteria.
Build custom email segments with Smile.io attributes:
In addition to the dozens of behavioral attributes you can use to create segments for your one time email newsletters and announcements, you can now use attributes from your Smile.io account as well. Combine attributes like “last seen” and number of orders with a current Smile points balance and tier to create highly targeted emails.
Personalize your emails with Smile.io attributes:
When you’re creating your one-time or automated emails, you can insert personalization variables pulled in from our Smile account. For example, add a members’ points balance to make your copy more relevant to each reader.
