Changing your subscription
Change your subscription from the subscription page. This includes upgrading, downgrading, or canceling a paid subscription.
Closing your account
To close your account, go to your Business information page and scroll down to the bottom. Click the "Close account" to close the account.
If you are on a paid plan at the time that you close your account, we will attempt to cancel it automatically. Closing an account is not reversible.
If your profile is attached to multiple businesses, you will need to close each account separately.
