Changing your Subscription
Change your subscription from the subscription page. This includes upgrading to or canceling a paid subscription.
What happens to my account after I cancel my plan?
In the event you choose to cancel your Privy on-site or Email Plan mid-cycle, you will lose access you any paid features immediately. To learn more about our refund policy, you can go directly here.
Closing your Privy Account
To close your Privy campaigns account, go to your Business information page from the dropdown menu at the top right of your dashboard. Click the "Close account" button to close the account.
If you are on a Privy paid plan at the time that you close your account, we will attempt to cancel it automatically. Closing an account is not reversible.
If your profile is attached to multiple businesses, you will need to close each account separately.
Closing your Email Account
In order to close your email account, navigate to the subscription page. Simply click the "Disable" button to the right of the Email Plan.
Note, Privy Email will not cancel automatically when:
• Downgrading your primary Privy campaigns subscription (as described above)
• Downgrading your Shopify Store
• Canceling your Shopify Store
• Uninstalling / removing Privy from your store
