Privy utilizes Cookies (a small text file added to a users browser to keep track of users within a given website) to recognize website visitors and to track whether or not someone has seen your campaign. If they have seen your campaign, we default to not displaying it to them again. This is based on the selection you've made in the "Trigger Automatically at Most" section within the "Triggers" section of your campaign.
This may make it seem like your campaign isn't functioning correctly, because you aren't being served the campaign. If you have previously signed up for one of your campaigns, we would then no longer display that particular campaign to you again.
However, if you were hoping to view the campaign as a visitor would, you'll want to pull up your website in another browser or use incognito (private) browsing function for confirmation.
Additionally, you can head over to Contacts and delete your contact record if you wanted to have these appear for you on the website. They will continue to appear until you signup again.
