This document describes how to connect your Privy account to your Post Script account to pass phone number contact information into a SMS keyword flow. Once the connection is complete, you will be able to collect the phone number of a contact through a Privy campaign, and send that contact an SMS message through Post Script.
The first thing you will need to do is create a keyword trigger in your Post Script account with an automated set of SMS message that will send based on that keyword.
Next, you will want to add consenting language that is directly applicable to SMS messaging. Below is the wording that Post Script provides as an example of what some customers use, where the Terms of Service links to the Terms of Service page of your website.
"*I agree to receive recurring automated text messages at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition to purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Click to view our Terms of Service."
You can replace the default consenting language provided in Privy campaign designer with the above or whatever is advised for your subscribers to opt into receiving your SMS messages after collecting their phone numbers.
Once you have your Privy onsite campaign setup and ready to collect the necessary information, you will need to setup the connection between Post Script and Privy. You will need to navigate to your Business Settings and then go to the Linked Accounts section.
