If your Shopify account is connected to Privy, you can see how many campaign signups eventually became customers by completing a purchase. The best part is that the customer does not need to use a coupon code at the time of purchase for an order to be registered and tracked.
The only setup required is making sure that your Shopify account is connected to Privy. Head to the Linked Accounts section to double-check your settings. If your Shopify account isn't connected, please follow the steps in this guide.
Track your orders
Once your accounts are connected, Privy will automatically look for contacts who registered via Privy campaigns and track whether or not they go on to complete a purchase. If they do, Privy will add an "order" event to the contact's profile and will increase the overall order count associated with the campaign and your account overall.
Order events attributed to a customer will appear in their Activity Feed and will increase the Total Orders metric listed at the top of their profile. To access this information, navigate to the Contacts Dashboard and click the name or email address of the contact that you'd like to review.
Orders attributed to a particular campaign will appear when running a report on the campaign.
Orders attributed to a campaign will increase the Total Orders metic on the Campaign Dashboard.
