In order to avoid having your Privy campaign appear during or after checkout, use the URL targeting features available on our Plus plan or above to suppress your campaign from displaying on your checkout page.
To enable this feature, you can do the following:
Click into the campaign that you're working on:
After doing this, click on the "Design" tab at the top of your screen:
Then, scroll down to the lower portion of the page and select the "Audience Targeting' tab:
Then, click on the blue button labeled "Add Condition":
This will provide you with the URL targeting prompt. Select the second dropdown available to you and select "does not contain":
Then, enter the keywords to indicate which URL you do not want your campaign to appear on:
Preventing Popups From Displaying On The Thank You Page
Follow all steps from above and add the following audience targeting rule:
Click on the purple "Save Changes" button on the upper right portion of the screen.
You have now prevented your Privy campaign from firing on the checkout, cart, and thank you pages for your site.
