If you’re using BigCommerce and want to target your customers that have abandoned their cart before completing the checkout process, this is something that can be easily done with our Page Targeting feature. This feature exists on paid plans and is part of our Audience Targeting capabilities. If you’re looking to set this up, we’ve totally got you covered. Follow the steps below and you will be in good shape.
Log into your Privy account and click on the icon for the campaign that you want to modify.
Once you’ve selected your campaign choose the tab labeled “Design”. This will be the second option located just beneath your campaign’s title. When you’ve done this, also click on the Audience Targeting option that appears towards the bottom of the screen:
On the resulting screen you will see the following:
After this point, select the blue button labeled “Add condition”. The first condition to add looks like this:
Then, re-click on the blue “Add condition” button to add another condition. The second condition will look like:
After completing this step click on “Save changes in the upper right corner of the dialogue box and you will have successfully setup an abandoned cart popup for your BigCommerce store.
