Images are crucial for making messages easy to understand. Because the human brain processes images better than written language, photos and other visual designs convey information faster than text, reducing the reader’s response time to the message. Studies show that people only remember 10% of what they hear and 20% of what they read, but 80% of what they see. Open Image Gallery from Brand and Assets in your Privy dashboard to upload and organize images for your email content.
  • Click Upload Image, then drag files into the uploader or browse your device. You can add up to 20 JPG, PNG, GIF, or SVG files at once, with a maximum file size of 5 MB each.
  • Before uploading, rename an image or remove it from the upload list as needed.
  • Search your gallery by image name. Sort images by newest or oldest, name (A-Z or Z-A), or file size, and switch between grid and table views.
  • Open an image’s menu to rename or delete it. To remove several images at once, select them and click Delete.

Linking your image

Adding links to your images is crucial to ensuring that your email content is interactive and actionable. To add links to images in your email:
  • Click on the photo in your email that you’d like to link.
  • On the left side, scroll down to the Image Link field under the Action settings of your image. Paste the URL that you want the image to be linked to. Save.
