Syncing your Privy contacts to an external service, like an email service provider, is a simple process, though it must be done for each of your Privy campaigns.

Once you click into a campaign, you'll need to navigate to the "automation" tab:
From the Automation tab, select the button labeled “New Rule” :
You will then be prompted to select an account to sync to. In this example, we will use MailChimp:
After selecting the account, you'll be able to select which list within your account you want your Privy contacts to be synced to, as well as your option to require double opt-in:
After selecting your desired options, select the Save button:
After completing this process your Automation Rule set-up is complete for this specific campaign.
To sync contacts to additional services or lists from the same campaign click on the "New Rule" button and follow the same steps as mentioned above.
