Once you’ve connected your Privy account with Hubspot you can see every submission in Privy in your Hubspot account. To do this, you’ll need to set up your automation rules for each campaign by choosing which list to sync to and checking the box for “double opt-in” enabled.
If you’re capturing information beyond an email address, you’ll also want to make sure your form is mapped to the correct field in hubspot. For example, here we are mapping a text field capturing a URL to the “website” field within Hubspot. Note: This mapping is case sensitive.
Once you’ve successfully enabled your campaign and launched it, you will be able to see the results within your Hubspot account in the “Forms” section. By default, Privy forms will be shown with the campaign number. We recommend changing the name of the form to something more intuitive.
If you click into an individual submission, you will be able to view the details of that submission.
And this submission will show on the contact’s timeline.
This form will also be available for use in smart lists and workflows within Hubspot as a trigger event or filtering criteria.
